I have iPhone 4 with box etc and samsung galaxy s with charger want to swap for samsung galaxy s3 !

I have an iPhone 4 which is unlocked with box an accessories and also a samsung galaxy s (unlocked) with charger if wanted (ive been using the samsung as a spare phone for photos and music) both in good condition, would like to swap for Samsung Galaxy S3 on orange or unlocked preferably...
